2. Contractual Partner, Contract Formation, and Correction Options
Your purchase contract is with Stellar Ropa. By placing products in our online shop, we are making a binding offer to you to enter into a contract for those items. You can add products to your cart without obligation and correct any input errors at any time before submitting your binding order by following the correction instructions provided in the ordering process. The contract is finalized when you accept our offer by clicking the order button. You will immediately receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are English and German. We save the contract text and will send you the order details along with our terms and conditions via email. You can also view the contract text through your customer login.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find detailed information about shipping costs on our website. We deliver exclusively through shipping services, and self-collection of products is not possible. Please note, we do not deliver to parcel stations.
