Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

We currently ship to Germany, all European Union member states, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, and selected international destinations.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Information
